From Hôtel Vatel to the Hôtel de Ville

Albina and Diamant got married at Martigny's Hôtel de Ville, in Valais. We first met at the Hôtel & Restaurant Vatel for their couple photos, in peace, before the ceremony. Then we went on to the stone-walled room for the civil ceremony, with their witnesses beside them. I'll let you discover their day, right up to the exit with their loved ones.

Before the ceremony, we made the most of the large glass lobby of the Hôtel & Restaurant Vatel in Martigny. Its staircase, straight lines and few touches of red give very graphic pictures, and you are sheltered there in any season. Albina and Diamant posed there quietly, before the big moment.

The civil ceremony at the Hôtel de Ville

In the stone-walled room, everything happens up close. Albina and Diamant had their witnesses beside them for the exchange of rings, the signatures, and then the laughter. I stay back and never interrupt. Practical information is on the website of the City of Martigny.

The exit and loved ones

Outside, Albina raised her bouquet and everyone hugged in front of the wrought-iron door of the Hôtel de Ville. We took the group photos right there, without looking any further. These are simple pictures that people keep for a long time.
