A civil wedding in Lancy, between town hall and park

Leila and Marouan said “I do” at Lancy town hall, in the canton of Geneva. That day I followed them in front of the town hall, then into the park around it, for a few photos just for the two of them. Leila's friends, all in soft green, joined us a little later, and laughter did the rest. I'll let you discover their day.

We stepped away from the group for a moment, just the three of us. Leila and Marouan walked hand in hand along the paths, then stopped under the trees, forehead to forehead. At times like these I say very little: I let them be together and photograph what comes.
